Building Blocks Adoption Services offer no-cost, confidential support to pregnant women who need information and advice when deciding whether to choose adoption or parenting their child. For women who choose one of our carefully screened families for adoption, this program helps with prenatal care, legal services pertaining to the adoption, and financial help for medical and living expenses.
